Keeping your website up-to-date, secure, and well-maintained is crucial for a successful online presence. Our Website Security, Updates, and Maintenance package includes:

Content Updates*: We’ll handle up to 10 specific website content updates per month, using the content provided by you the client. All images and media must be provided by the customer, and the customer must only supply images that they own the copyright to use on their website.Updates are submited through our secure online form using your password for verification.
Software Updates: We’ll apply all necessary website software updates to ensure your website remains current and compatible with the latest WordPress version. (Note: Software licenses must be owned by the website owner)
Security Measures:
- Weekly Offsite Website Backups: Your website will be backed up on a weekly basis, with backups stored across multiple secure servers.
- Website Firewall: We’ll install a robust firewall designed to deter hacking attempts and protect your website from brute force attacks.
Extras – Users of this service have access to a range of extra facilities
- Website contact forms are sent directly to your phone via our custom built system so you don’t have to risk missing a message as it goes directly to your phone mitigating their risks of unreliable email.

*Note: This service offers website content updates only for content provided by the client and does not include programming, content creation, graphic design, illustration, photography, proof reading, spell checking etc., which if needed can be quoted separately or handled through a separate arrangement.

At no further cost to you we get your website back up and running to the last good working backup, you don’t have to worry we just get it done.

Do you install all updates straightaway?

We take an intelligent and sensible approach to updating our customers website software. Sometimes we choose to delay updating certain plugins or word press update based on security concerns, compatibility or other factors. We value stability and business continuity over blindly updating, we may choose to wait untill upgrades are tried and proven before we apply it to our / your system. Our back backup system and firewalls allow us to maintain good security.

Our Remote Support & G-Suite Management package provides you with a convenient and cost-effective solution for all your IT needs. The package includes:

G-Suite Account Management: We’ll manage your G-Suite accounts, ensuring smooth operations and data accessibility.
Realtime Backups: We’ll perform realtime backups of your G Suite/Google Workspace data, including email, calendar, and Google Drive(s), keeping your valuable information safe and secure.
Remote Support: Enjoy one hour of remote desktop or phone support per month, where our experts will assist you with any IT-related issues you may encounter, regardless of the domain.
